Achieving lasting change isn’t always easy. I am proud to offer 6 month health coaching programmes so I can be there to support you while you build changes into your everyday life.
My goal is to take you on a journey in which you will transform your relationship with food, not just to lose weight but to feel better, sleep better and have more energy & zest for life.
What you can expect from the 6 month programme?
At the very heart of my six month programme is the principle that you are unique and that your journey to better health should be guided by your current state of health, your personal goals and your aspirations regarding your weight and wellbeing.
Expect some “aha” moments, some laughter and possibly some tears as we explore the factors that have influenced your food choices and health care practices (or lack of them) until now.
Our sessions together are fully confidential and I encourage you to do most of the talking as this leads to more powerful and lasting change than me simply telling you what to do.
I will help you to navigate your way through the myths and misinformation that surround diets, food choices and health practices.
I will provide written information in support of your journey – that may be in the form of handouts, emails, or books that I believe will be beneficial.
